Payment policy

Effective October 25, 2026

These notices supplement the existing AdFinder Terms and Privacy Policy. Their operator, controller, consumer-rights and mobile-store provisions remain unchanged.

Website terms

Your website account

Sign in to the website with a supported account provider to view your AdFinder balance and available purchases. The website uses the same account system as the app. Access to a balance depends on signing in to the same verified AdFinder account; matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. Contact support before switching an existing anonymous account with credits or purchases.

Purchases on the website

Storez LLC is the seller of AdFinder website purchases. Where website purchases are available, Stripe processes payment. Before paying, review the seller identified at checkout, the final price, currency, any applicable taxes, and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring. Prices displayed in your account come from the AdFinder product catalog. Website prices may differ from prices offered by Apple or Google.

A return to the website or a payment-success screen does not by itself confirm an allocation of credits. AdFinder verifies the purchase with its payment services. While verification is pending, use the status check for the existing purchase rather than paying again. If it remains unresolved, use the AdFinder support form with the checkout reference; do not send card details.

Website subscriptions

A website subscription renews at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout unless canceled. A yearly subscription is billed for the year, with credits allocated monthly rather than all at once. Monthly subscription credits do not accumulate. A renewal allocation is made only after the required renewal payment has been verified; a scheduled renewal date alone is not payment confirmation.

Top Up purchases are one-time credit packs and do not require a subscription. Purchased credits do not expire or reset when a subscription renews. The existing rules for consumption, refunds and confirmed account deletion continue to apply. Signing in on another AdFinder interface does not create another introductory credit grant.

Use the subscription-management link in your account to view invoices, update the payment method, or request cancellation at the end of the current paid period. Confirm the effective date displayed in the portal. Apple and Google subscriptions remain managed through their respective stores.

Website refunds and account deletion

For a website purchase, use the AdFinder support form to request a refund. Applicable consumer rights remain available. This notice does not promise an automatic refund, a particular refund result, or a processing time. Apple and Google purchase requests continue to follow the relevant store process.

Review any active subscription and unresolved payment before deleting your account. Account deletion is separate from a refund request. The deletion confirmation explains the effect on access and remaining credits. Payment providers may retain records needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

Deleting your AdFinder account does not delete your Google or Apple account. It removes access to the same AdFinder account across its interfaces; local mobile Collections and Library files remain on your device. A pending deletion message is not confirmation of completion. Keep the deletion-status page available until the result is confirmed, or contact support.

Website privacy

Website hosting, sign-in and essential storage

Vercel hosts the website. Vercel and Google/Firebase process technical request and authentication information to deliver it and protect account access. Your sign-in provider supplies the account information needed for authentication; the website does not ask for your Google or Apple password.

The website uses browser storage for sign-in state, privacy choices and checkout-recovery references. Recovery references identify an unfinished request; they are not a stored credit balance or proof of payment. Account balances and purchase status are verified by the server. Clearing browser storage can remove local sign-in and recovery state without erasing the server's records.

Website payment information

Stripe processes the payment details entered on its checkout and customer-portal pages. AdFinder and RevenueCat process account, customer, product, transaction, subscription, refund and entitlement information to verify purchases and maintain the shared balance. AdFinder does not receive full payment-card details through the website checkout.

Stripe, RevenueCat, Vercel and Google process data under their applicable terms and privacy notices. The website does not establish a new promise about provider storage location, deletion timing or retention periods.

Optional website analytics

Website analytics is optional. The website loads GA4 only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change that choice using Privacy settings. Declining optional analytics does not prevent sign-in, purchase verification or access to your account.

The website measures interactions such as selecting a plan, starting checkout, choosing an app store and requesting support. It does not send your email, name, search text, full page query string, payment details or saved ad content in these interface events. Advertising personalization and advertising-data consent are disabled in this integration.

Permission lasts 180 days from your explicit choice. Where server purchase measurement is enabled, verified purchase and refund events use pseudonymous analytics identifiers, product, amount and currency, without names, email addresses or full card details. Events predating server registration are not sent retrospectively. Turning website analytics off stops this browser immediately; queued and future website purchase events stop once withdrawal reaches the server. If you are offline, the page shows withdrawal as pending and retries when connected. Keep that browser's stored data until confirmation so it can finish the withdrawal. Events already sent are not automatically deleted. A financial event with an uncertain delivery result is held for review rather than automatically sent again.

This website choice applies to the website's analytics. The mobile app's existing Firebase/RevenueCat analytics is described separately in the current Privacy Policy; changing the website choice does not change those app settings.

Automatic Analytics deletion is limited to data associated with your verified account. For installation data not associated with that account, submit a privacy request to support so ownership can be verified. An installation identifier supplied by a browser is not, by itself, proof of ownership of the data.

Deletion requests and provider records

Account deletion and withdrawal of optional analytics are different actions. The existing Privacy Policy describes account deletion and the records that must be retained. Where Analytics deletion is requested, Google's acceptance confirms receipt of the request, not immediate erasure from every Analytics system. Provider processing is asynchronous. AdFinder does not promise an immediate provider-erasure deadline or deletion of records that providers must retain under applicable requirements.
