Connect the right account.
Use the same AdFinder sign-in method you use in the app. If you use a mobile guest account, link a sign-in method in the app before connecting an AI assistant. Matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts or move credits.
Sign-in was canceled or expired.
Start the connection again from your AI assistant. Check the AdFinder account and requested permissions before approving access.
I want to remove a connection.
Open Connected plugins in your AdFinder account. Match the assistant, connection time and reference before removing access. Removing a connection does not cancel a subscription.
Check before paying again.
Your AdFinder account shares its credit balance across supported interfaces. Connecting another assistant does not create another introductory credit allowance. Production and Sandbox balances are separate.
If a purchase is pending, check the status of that existing checkout. A return from a payment page does not by itself confirm that credits were added. Contact support with the checkout reference before starting another payment.
View your creditsKeep the result reference.
If a saved result cannot be displayed, include its visible request reference and the assistant you are using. Ask for the existing result to be displayed again rather than starting a new search.
Public ads and media can change or become unavailable. The plugin cannot access Collections or Library files stored locally on your phone.

- The action you tried, the message you saw and approximately when it happened.
